• All rates are based on 2 people and 1 vehicle per site. Must park on your own site.
• Washers and dryers in your unit are $10.00 a month additional charge. GUESTS: All guests must be registered at the office ~ $3.00 a day per person plus tax. Swimming pool guests ~ $2.00 a day per person.No Boats or Boat Trailers allowed on any site. (Marina nearby.)Sites are 30 amp with some 50 amp service.
• Reservations require a $300.00 deposit. Daily $25.00. Weekly $100.00. Site assignments are on a first come first serve basis at your time of arrival. We do our best to accommodate everyone. We want you to enjoy your stay with us.
